How the discount works
The free account discount applies to eligible labour supplied directly by HomeCare and confirmed in your quote. It does not apply to materials, emergency or out-of-hours charges, specialist or subcontracted work, fixed-price packages or work already discounted. Where more than one discount could apply, the highest eligible discount is used rather than combining them.
