Is this breakdown or insurance cover?
No. HomeCare Essential is a scheduled maintenance membership, not insurance, an unlimited repair plan or a promise to pay for breakdowns.
What costs extra?
Parts, materials, additional labour, specialist work and emergency or out-of-hours attendance are quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Renewal is opt-in. Any future offer, price and terms will be confirmed before you decide.
When can the annual visit be booked?
Membership services do not begin during the first 14 days. The annual appointment can be booked from day 31, subject to the full membership terms and availability.
Can I cancel?
There is a 14-day cooling-off period. After that, you can end the membership under the fair closing-account process set out in the membership terms.
