How emergency callouts work

Fast decisions, clear communication.

The first priority is understanding the risk and making the situation safe.

Call or message

Tell us what happened, your location and whether the issue is still active.

We assess

Photos and a short description help us send the right person and equipment.

Attend & resolve

We make safe, complete the repair where practical and explain any next work.

Before we arrive

Keep people safe.

If there is immediate danger to life, fire, suspected gas escape or a serious electrical hazard, leave the area and contact the relevant emergency service first.

Only turn off water or electricity if you can do so safely. Do not touch exposed wiring, enter a flooded electrical area or climb onto a damaged roof.

Do you guarantee a one-hour arrival?

We aim for a rapid response and may be able to attend within one hour in parts of Norfolk. We confirm the realistic attendance time when you contact us; it cannot be guaranteed for every location or trade.

Are emergency callouts included in HomeCare Essential?

No. Emergency attendance is quoted separately. HomeCare Essential members receive priority routine booking, but the membership is not emergency or breakdown cover.

What should I send on WhatsApp?

Your postcode, a short description, wide and close-up photos, and whether water, electricity or access is affected.
