Making the property sound, dry and presentable again.
A leak from the water tank in the loft damaged ceilings across the home. The work began by addressing the source of the problem, followed by removal of affected materials, ceiling reinstatement and complete internal redecoration.
The scope
- Remove and replace the failed loft water tank
- Strip out damaged ceiling finishes and insulation where required
- Prepare the existing structure for new ceiling installation
- Install replacement ceilings throughout the affected property
- Plaster and prepare the new surfaces for decoration
- Complete a full internal redecoration
- Protect floors, furniture and retained finishes during the works
The result
The damaged areas were fully reinstated, leaving consistent new ceilings and freshly decorated rooms throughout the home. The property was returned to a clean, usable condition after the disruption caused by the leak.
