A complete ceiling framework ready for the next finishing stages.
The brief was to install metal ceiling framing and plasterboard across all hallways and rooms within the commercial building. The programme ran for one month and was completed in January 2026.
The scope
- Set out and install MF metal ceiling framing throughout the hallways and rooms
- Progress the framework around existing building services and cable routes
- Fix plasterboard to the prepared metal ceiling framework
- Complete the agreed ceiling coverage across the commercial areas
Materials
British Gypsum metal ceiling components and plasterboard were used for the installation.
The result
All hallways and rooms included in the project were metalled and plasterboarded, leaving the new ceiling areas ready for the following finishing stages.
