A coordinated upgrade to hygiene provision and external staff areas.
The client required robust internal wash points for a busy commercial environment together with two clearly defined smoking areas outside. The work was planned as one package to improve staff welfare facilities across the site.
The scope
- Coordinate the internal and external works around an operational site
- Install commercial stainless-steel wash troughs
- Fit hygienic splashbacks, soap dispensers and paper-towel dispensers
- Complete water, waste and final-fixing connections to the wash stations
- Set out two designated external smoking areas
- Install black security fencing around both areas
- Fit secure matching access gates
- Complete final checks and leave each area ready for use
The result
The new internal stations provide durable, easy-to-clean hand-washing facilities suited to regular staff use. Outside, the two gated enclosures clearly separate the designated smoking areas from adjoining pedestrian and working zones.
