Forming the internal rooms and ceilings.
This £25k package in Southend-on-Sea covered internal partition walls and ceiling systems for a flats project. British Gypsum materials were used across the installation, with the works handed over at the plasterboard stage.
The scope
- Install metal framing for the internal partition walls
- Form the required room layouts and openings
- Install the ceiling system across the project areas
- Fix plasterboard to the completed wall and ceiling framework
- Leave the installation with a plasterboard finish
Materials
British Gypsum materials were used for the partition wall and ceiling package.
The result
The framed wall and ceiling layouts were fully boarded, leaving the internal spaces clearly formed and ready for the next stage of the wider fit-out.
