The project
Clearing a heavily overgrown garden and rebuilding the full boundary.
The existing timber fencing was tired and uneven, while dense planting limited access around parts of the perimeter. The first stage was to clear the working area and remove the old fence before setting out a durable new boundary system.
The scope
- Carry out a complete garden clearance along the working areas
- Remove and dispose of the old timber fencing
- Set out approximately 35 metres of the property perimeter
- Install new concrete fence posts
- Fit concrete gravel boards at the base of the new fence
- Install new 6 ft timber fence panels around the boundary
- Work around retained trees, walls and neighbouring structures
- Clear the working area after installation
The result
The property was left with a consistent, secure boundary using timber panels supported by long-lasting concrete posts and gravel boards. The new line follows the perimeter through the side and rear garden areas.
