The project

From replastering to the final details.

This bathroom in Swaffham was fully replastered before the new finishes and fittings went in. The refurbishment combined large-format porcelain walls and flooring with a floating tiled basin shelf, twin basins, a freestanding bath and a separate shower area.

What the work included

  • Preparation and full replastering
  • Large-format porcelain wall and floor tiling
  • Contrasting marble-effect and neutral porcelain finishes
  • A floating tiled shelf with twin countertop basins
  • Brass-coloured taps and fittings
  • A freestanding bath and separate shower area
  • Illuminated mirror and tiled niche detailing
  • Ceiling speakers and recessed lighting

The finished room

Marble-effect porcelain creates a continuous finish across the feature wall and floor, complemented by neutral wall tiles and brass-coloured fittings. The floating shelf keeps the basin area visually open, while the illuminated mirror, tiled niche and ceiling speakers add the finishing touches.
