The project
A complete decorative refresh across a characterful London home.
The townhouse contained a mix of fitted storage, panelled rooms, fireplaces, stairwells and glazed garden doors. The work called for consistent preparation and careful cutting-in across contrasting schemes.
The scope
- Protect floors, furniture and adjoining finishes throughout
- Prepare walls, ceilings, doors, frames and fitted joinery
- Make good minor surface imperfections before decorating
- Apply Farrow & Ball paint systems across the agreed rooms
- Finish lighter neutral spaces and darker feature rooms
- Prepare and paint the glazed garden doors and frames
- Complete final touch-ups and leave rooms clean
The result
The completed property has a coherent finish while retaining the individuality of each room—from the bright kitchen and bedrooms to the darker panelled reception space.
